Common Questions
Why a 12-month term? Can't we just do a build?
A website isn't a static poster; it's a living product. The 12-month term allows us to amortize the cost of a high-end build (typically $30k+) over a year, making it cash-flow friendly. More importantly, it incentivizes long-term stability over rushing code.
What happens if we terminate early?
You have total freedom. You can cancel with 30 days' written notice. If you leave, you keep everything. You own the code, content, and database. We believe retention should be earned by value, not by holding your IP hostage.
Why WordPress and not just Substack?
Substack is excellent for email, but it is a "walled garden" for business. You cannot install pixel tracking, customize checkouts, or organize complex content. We use WordPress for the "Hub" (Growth/SEO) and Substack for the "Spoke" (Delivery).
What if we need more than 32 hours/month?
If we have a massive initiative (e.g., launching a new vertical), we will flag it in our planning session. We can either spread the work over two months or bill the excess hours at a discounted partner rate. You will never receive a surprise bill.
